It’s only a couple of days before Thanksgiving, and I can’t wait! Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. I love turkey smothered in gravy, tart cranberry sauce, and second and third helpings of stuffing. Perhaps the only thing that I like better than the actual Thanksgiving dinner is raiding the refrigerator for leftovers around midnight, when my brother, sister and I usually compete with each other to create the best leftover combinations.
Last year I posted our recipe for Turkey Risotto with Butternut Squash and Creme Fraiche as a really delicious way to use up your turkey leftovers after Thanksgiving. But this year, we would love to to hear from you!
